JONAH AND LAURA BOAZ

Jonah was born and raised in Texas. He attended East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, TX to study Youth Ministry where he met the love of his life: Laura. Jonah has a heart for people and wanting them to experience the love of God. He is passionate to work with High Schoolers and see their lives changed through Jesus. Jonah loves Texas, but is excited to be in Shreveport/Bossier City for this next adventure. He values time with family and loves going on walks with his wife Laura and their Golden Retriever Marshall. Jonah’s favorite verse is 1 Timothy 4:12 which encourages students to live above the expectations of those around them and to set examples for others.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sundays in the HSM.tv are a lot of fun! If you’re just checking this whole Jesus/God/Church thing out, this is the perfect place to start. Students gather together each Sunday to hangout, meet new people, worship with some awesome music, play some of the most ridiculous games you’ve ever seen, and listen to life-changing messages. They also get connected with caring adult leaders and help run different elements of the service, all while getting to know God in the process. The HSM.tv service is fun, interesting, inviting, and exciting! So come check us out and bring your friends!
